Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your waste management solutions. If your recycling bin isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the recycling bin you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unit back in its original packaging with all dividers and liners included to ensure it arrives back to us in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
