A robust bin made from galvanized, powder coated sheet steel with a hinged aperture and lockable hinged door to access to the inner galvanized steel liner. 

This bin is operational using the foot pedal or by simply pushing the hinged aperture. The liner is accessible by the magnetic front door which includes a lock to keep from being accessed.
